For the Smoky Beef & Macaroni Skillet

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 to taste Famous Dave's or Red Ranch seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 4-oz can green chilis
- 2 cups dry macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 ½ cups smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups smoked Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven, brown ground beef and chopped onion over medium-high heat until nearly cooked through.
- Drain excess grease. Season generously with Famous Dave's or Red Ranch seasoning.
- Add garlic, green chilis, dry macaroni, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes, until macaroni is tender.
- Stir in sour cream and cream cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust quantities to taste.
- Add shredded smoked cheeses and stir until fully melted and incorporated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
