- 1 Large Garlic Clove (If Peppers Aren't Pre-Garlicked)
- ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ Cup Chicken Or Vegetable Broth (More As Needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, garlic (if needed), and red pepper flakes.
- Blend until smooth.
- With blender running, slowly add broth until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer sauce to a small saucepan and heat gently over medium heat until warmed through.
