Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour frozen vegetables directly onto the sheet—do not thaw.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Toss vegetables gently on the sheet until evenly coated.
