For the Layered Cookie Bars

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease well.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over the milk layer.
- Add chopped pecans and shredded coconut on top.
- Press toppings gently with a fork to help them adhere.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until coconut is golden brown.
- Cool completely in pan before cutting into squares.
