Ingredients

  • 4 items Thin-Cut Pork Chops (Bone-In Or Boneless)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick) with ranch seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it foam.
  3. Arrange pork chops in the skillet and sear for 3–5 minutes per side.
  4. After flipping once, begin basting the cooked side with maple syrup.
  5. Flip again and brush maple syrup onto the other side.
  6. Continue cooking until pork is cooked through and glaze is lightly caramelized. Serve hot.
