Ingredients
- 4 items Thin-Cut Pork Chops (Bone-In Or Boneless)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
- ¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Season both sides of pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick) with ranch seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it foam.
- Arrange pork chops in the skillet and sear for 3–5 minutes per side.
- After flipping once, begin basting the cooked side with maple syrup.
- Flip again and brush maple syrup onto the other side.
- Continue cooking until pork is cooked through and glaze is lightly caramelized. Serve hot.
