Ingredients
- 1 item Fresh Pineapple, Peeled, Cored, And Cut Into 1-Inch Rings
- ¼ Teaspoon Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 item Salt To Taste
- 1 item Cooking Oil (For Grill Grates)
Instructions
- Place pineapple rings in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Add honey, melted butter, hot pepper sauce, and salt.
- Seal the bag and shake gently to coat pineapple evenly.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill pineapple rings for 2–3 minutes per side, until heated through and grill marks appear.
- Serve warm.
