Ingredients

  • 1 item Fresh Pineapple, Peeled, Cored, And Cut Into 1-Inch Rings
  • ¼ Teaspoon Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 item Salt To Taste
  • 1 item Cooking Oil (For Grill Grates)

Instructions

  1. Place pineapple rings in a large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Add honey, melted butter, hot pepper sauce, and salt.
  3. Seal the bag and shake gently to coat pineapple evenly.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
  5. Preheat outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates.
  6. Grill pineapple rings for 2–3 minutes per side, until heated through and grill marks appear.
  7. Serve warm.
