Notes
A radiant summer side fit for a captain’s garden party—sweet peaches, creamy burrata, and a touch of heat from the honey. Keeps well in the ship’s stores for up to 1 day, though best served fresh. For a deeper voyage, add arugula or prosciutto sails to the plate. Grill peaches boldly—high heat brings out their golden treasure.
