- 1 whole Flank Steak
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- 3 large cloves Garlic, Minced

Instructions

- Place steak and marinade in a large zip-top bag; seal and massage to coat thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for 1–4 hours or overnight.

- Grill steak for about 3 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C).
- Remove from grill, tent with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
