- ⅔ Cup Water
- ⅛ Teaspoon Salt

- ⅓ Cup Heavy Cream

- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine thawed peas, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Stir in butter until melted.
- In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, flour, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour cream mixture into the peas, stirring constantly.
- Continue cooking over medium-high heat until sauce thickens and becomes bubbly, about 5 minutes.
