Notes
A bold, savory filling with smoky spice and tomato richness—this taco meat is a galley essential for weeknight feasts or crew celebrations. Spoon into warm tortillas and top with shredded lettuce, cheese, salsa, or sour cream. Use as a base for taco bowls, nachos, or stuffed peppers. Keeps well in the ship’s stores for up to 3 days. For a zestier voyage, add chopped chipotle or a splash of lime juice before serving.
