- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook sausage and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Cook Minute Rice halfway according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage mixture, rice, pepper, cheese, eggs, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and mustard. Mix until evenly blended.
