- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Divided
- 1 Bag (32 Oz) Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
- Spread beef mixture evenly in prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of cheese over the tater tots.
- Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
